New Blog, New Domain

Edit 12/09/2009: foveant.net is now long dead and is occupied by an Internet squatter since I let the domain expire. I have been wanting to get back into photography and may find the opportunity to do so in the coming weeks when I will have more free time. In the meantime, here is one of my favorite photos from the 'foveant project.'

Moving to New Photoblog

I have created a new photoblog that can be viewed here. With a new Tamron 90mm f/2.8 macro lens on the way I felt compelled to launch a 'proper' photoblog using Pixelpost.

The URL may change as I am probably going to register a custom domain once I decide on a name. Perhaps I will stick with A Photographic Soliloquy, but I would like a shorter name if I can come up with something decent. Anyway, I will certainly post the updated link here.

So what do you think? Is the default theme alright or does it need to be more...black? :) Your comments/feedback are greatly appreciated!

Grain

Yes, I was the driver, but I was stopped at a red light. Squint and blur vision for optimal viewing. OK, I did the optimizing for you.

Morning View

This one was taken just after sunrise through the (dirty) passenger seat window of my sister's car on the way to Tahoe.

Ducks

My apologies for being absent for the last week or so. Immediately after my trip to Tahoe I came down with a virus that knocked me out for several days and I abruptly had to move. Finally I have Internet service at the new place and a chance to show some photos.
